Job summary

Olympus Northpoint in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of the property, greet guests, show available homes, explain unit options, and close leases while delivering excellent resident service.

This full-time role requires Mon–Fri 9 AM–6 PM with Saturdays and Sundays, plus monthly after-hours events. You should have at least 1 year of experience in apartment leasing or a fast-paced sales/restaurant/retail role and a genuine drive to help residents love their homes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an apartment Leasing Consultant or equivalent fast-paced sales/customer-facing role.
• Full-time role with rotating weekday hours (Mon–Fri 9 AM–6 PM).
• Saturdays and Sundays required; willingness for occasional after-hours events.

Responsibilities

• Showcase and lease apartment homes to prospective residents.
• Explain differences between unit options and floor plans.
• Provide exemplary customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Greet visitors warmly and maintain property knowledge.
• Close lease deals and prepare paperwork for move-in.
• Enter resident information into internal database.
• Utilize sales/marketing strategies to increase traffic and leases.
• Plan, facilitate and participate in resident events and function.
