TAM Residential in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a Leasing Professional to be the front-line ambassador for our multifamily community. You will greet prospects and residents, tour the property, qualify leads, and guide leasing negotiations with professionalism and care.

You will maintain the leasing office, keep marketing materials stocked, answer phone and email inquiries, and stay informed about local market conditions.

Qualifikationen

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with computers and property management software.
• Experience with Entrata is a plus.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with diverse populations.
• Ability to handle formal complaints and escalate them appropriately.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance where required.

Aufgaben

• Greet, qualify and tour prospective residents; present features and benefits to secure new leases.
• Professionally handle phone and email inquiries with prompt follow-up.
• Collect application fees and deposits per policy (no cash).
• Explain lease agreements, policies and procedures to new residents.
• Coordinate move-in dates with Community Manager and verify documents.
• Generate and review daily, weekly and monthly leasing reports.
• Monitor local market conditions by reviewing competing properties and rates.
• Build relationships with local businesses and referral sources.
• Assist with renewal efforts, resident events and community communications.
