Olympus Property in Pooler, GA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of the community. You will show and lease apartments to prospective residents, explain unit options, and deliver exemplary customer service during tours and move-ins.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an apartment Leasing Consultant or equivalent in sales/food/hospitality/customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartment homes to prospective residents.
• Explain details of different apartment options and variations.
• Provide exemplary customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Greet visitors warmly and maintain a professional, welcoming image.
• Close sales of new apartments and prepare lease paperwork.
• Enter resident information into internal database.
• Utilize marketing strategies to increase property traffic.
• Plan and participate in resident functions and events.
