Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous Housekeeping experience preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word), web-based platforms, electronic health record systems, and HR-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, laundry, trash removal.
• Follow cleaning schedule for resident apartments, common areas, restrooms, and offices.
• Collect and launder soiled linens; fold, sort, and distribute clean laundry.
• Report supply and equipment needs to Supervisor; restock as needed.
• Coordinate with maintenance to report repairs and support residents and families.
