You will clean resident apartments, common areas, restrooms, and offices, and support laundry and linen tasks under the direction of the Maintenance Director.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous Housekeeping experience preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with common digital tools including Microsoft Office and health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning: sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, laundry, trash removal.
• Clean according to schedule across resident apartments, common areas, restrooms, and offices.
• Launder soiled linens and restock supplies as needed.
• Coordinate with maintenance for repairs noticed during work.
• Communicate effectively with residents' families about care and wellbeing.
