Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous Housekeeping experience preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and digital tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties: sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, laundry, and trash removal.
• Clean according to a schedule in resident apartments, common areas, restrooms, and offices.
• Collect and launder linens per policies and health regulations.
• Fold, sort, and distribute clean laundry.
• Report supply and equipment needs and restock as needed.
• Coordinate with maintenance and report needed repairs.
• Communicate effectively with residents' families about care and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with staff and follow directions from management; engage in conflict resolution when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
