Commonwealth Senior Living at Salisbury is seeking a Dining Services Associate to assist the Dining Services Director in delivering a signature dining program for residents. You will provide friendly, responsive service and ensure nutrition, safety, and compliance in daily meals.

The role requires flexibility for varied shifts, ability to lift, and commitment to high-quality resident experiences. This is a full-time opportunity with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Certification in the Food Handlers Course or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Must be available to work varied shifts and weekends.
• Able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals to residents in a safe, sanitary manner.
• Ensure compliance with Public Health Regulations and Sanitation Code.
• Maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment and proper hand washing.
• Set dining tables, pour beverages, and clear dishes daily.
• Assist with stock receipt and storage according to procedures.
• Support the Dining Services Director and follow cleaning schedules.
