Benchmark Senior Living LLC is seeking a Cook to join our team. As a cook you will prepare delicious and healthy meals for residents, following federal, state, and local standards and Benchmark policies. The Food Services Director oversees these duties to ensure consistently high quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Culinary Arts training preferred.
• 2 years of dietary experience.
• Knowledge of dietary procedures and related laws/regulations.
• Leadership ability to supervise personnel.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Standing position for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assures all dietary procedures are followed.
• Operate all kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
• Establish food production line to ensure meals are prepared on time.
• Represent the community with a positive attitude.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals with high-quality presentation.
