Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Culinary Arts training is preferred to support effective kitchen operations.
• Knowledge of dietary procedures and related laws for food service operations.

Responsibilities

• Assures all dietary procedures are followed.
• Operate all kitchen equipment safely and effectively (meat slicer, food processor, mixers, ovens, grills, steamers, dishwasher, dumb waiter, warmer cabinets).
• Establishes production line to ensure meals are prepared on time.
• Represents the community with a positive attitude and pride when interacting with residents and families.
• Prepares and serves nutritious meals with high-quality presentation and flavor.
