Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Culinary Arts training preferred.
• 2 years of dietary experience required.
• Knowledge of dietary procedures, laws, regulations and guidelines pertinent to food service.

Responsibilities

• Follow all dietary procedures.
• Safely operate kitchen equipment (meat slicer, mixers, ovens, grills, steamers, dishwasher, warmer cabinets).
• Assist in establishing food production line to ensure meals are prepared on time.
• Represent the community with a positive attitude when interacting with potential residents and families.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals with high-quality presentation and flavor.
