• Minimum of three years of line cook experience and/or training.
• Good communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare food for residents, guests, and employees.
• Prepare food according to planned menu and standard recipes.
• Plate food following portion guidelines and garnishing instructions.
• Assist other kitchen staff as needed and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Ensure sufficient food is prepped and/or prepared; communicate shortages.
• Maintain freshness, cooking status, and proper seasoning of all foods served.
• Stock, clean, and maintain the station for next shift; follow food rotation policies.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards; present a professional appearance.
