Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Cook to prepare nutritious meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will ensure quality, taste, and presentation while following safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience as a cook or in food preparation preferred.
• Must follow recipes and dietary restrictions.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate with residents and staff.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines; keep kitchen clean.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff and guests; provide excellent service.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
