Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Cook to prepare nutritious meals for residents in a long‑term care facility. You will help deliver high-quality dining experiences while supporting a collaborative kitchen team.

Responsibilities include following menus, ensuring safety and sanitation, and assisting with inventory. You will interact positively with residents and staff, contributing to excellent service and daily living comfort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in cook/food prep preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions.
• Strong communication with residents, staff, and leadership.
• COVID-19 vaccination policies compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet HCSG standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines; maintain a clean and orderly kitchen.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.

Education
