Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Cook to prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will ensure meals meet quality, taste, and presentation standards and assist with inventory and ordering.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous cook or food preparation experience is preferred.
• Must follow recipes and dietary restrictions.
• Maintain sanitation and safety practices per guidelines.
• COVID-19 vaccination policies compliance may be required.
• Residency within service area may be required per state/local rules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines; keep kitchen clean.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
