Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Cook to prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will follow planned menus and recipes, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation meet HCSG standards while maintaining a clean kitchen.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to follow dietary restrictions, and compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with occupants, administration, and leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as applicable.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds; stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines; keep kitchen clean and orderly.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent service.
• All other duties as assigned.
