Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine speech therapy needs per physician orders and policies.
• Develop and update treatment plans to improve functional outcomes.
• Supervise CFY Clinical Fellows or students in resident care.
• Communicate progress and discharge plans with families and team.
• Provide in-services and training for facility staff as needed.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation and ensure compliance.
• Maintain safe treatment environment following infection control protocols.
