Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or state license) required.
• Current CPR Certification.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical requirements as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and rehabilitate patients with speech and language impairments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans per SLP standards of care.
• Conduct evaluations to identify learning needs and create teaching plans.
• Provide instruction to patients, families, and staff on therapy techniques.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment, progress, and outcomes.
