EMY Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead daily operations of a long-term care facility in Northeastern Nebraska, focusing on resident-centered care, regulatory compliance, and strong operational leadership.

You will oversee clinical oversight, budgets, staffing, and quality improvement while collaborating with leadership to meet strategic goals and ensure survey readiness and high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active Nebraska Nursing Home Administrator license required or eligibility for Nebraska licensure by reciprocity.
• Experience leading teams in skilled nursing/long-term care settings.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey readiness.
