EMY Healthcare in Eastern Nebraska is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead daily operations and deliver resident-centered care at a long-term care facility.

The NHA will oversee clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, staff leadership, budgeting, and strategic initiatives, ensuring survey readiness and strong partnerships with residents, families, and healthcare partners.

Competenze

• Current Nursing Home Administrator license required, with Nebraska licensure eligibility.
• Experience leading skilled nursing or long-term care operations.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey readiness.

• Oversee daily facility operations as the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA).
