Cor Healthcare Partners seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead daily operations at a long-term care facility in Northeastern Nebraska. The NHA oversees clinical oversight, staff leadership, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and operational results.

The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, support department managers, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture focused on quality, accountability, teamwork, and exceptional resident-centered

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Home Administrator license required, with eligibility for Nebraska licensure by reciprocity if applicable.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, state licensing requirements, and survey readiness.
• Proven leadership, budgeting, and operational achievement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations as the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA).
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care operations.
• Lead, mentor, and support department directors and management staff.
• Foster a culture of quality care, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee budgets, staffing, census development, financial performance, and operational goals.
• Maintain survey readiness and serve as liaison with regulatory agencies.
• Build relationships with residents, families, physicians, hospitals, and community partners.
• Develop and implement policies to improve resident outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Promote resident rights, safety, satisfaction, and exceptional customer service.
