Job summary

Healthcare Partners in Northeastern Nebraska seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) to lead daily operations of a long-term care facility, focusing on quality, resident-centered care and regulatory compliance.

You will provide strategic leadership, supervise department managers, manage budgets and staffing, ensure survey readiness, and build strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Home Administrator license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of CMS regulations and survey readiness.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the facility as the LNH Administrator
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care
• Lead, mentor, and support department directors and management staff
• Foster a culture of quality care, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
• Oversee budgets, staffing, census development, financial performance, and operational goals
• Maintain survey readiness and serve as liaison with regulatory agencies
• Build relationships with residents, families, physicians, hospitals, and community partners
• Develop and implement policies that improve resident outcomes and operational efficiency
• Promote resident rights, safety, and exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve strategic organizational goals
• Support quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance
