Qualifications

• Active Nebraska Nursing Home Administrator license required or eligible for Nebraska licensure by reciprocity.
• Experience leading teams in skilled nursing/long-term care settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey readiness.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations as Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA).
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care.
• Lead, mentor, and support department directors and management staff.
• Foster a culture of quality care, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee budgets, staffing, census development, financial performance, and operational goals.
• Maintain survey readiness and serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies.
• Build relationships with residents, families, physicians, hospitals, and community partners.
• Develop and implement policies to improve resident outcomes and efficiency.
• Promote resident rights, safety, satisfaction, and customer service.
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve strategic goals.
