Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for responding to service requests, performing repairs, and maintaining the property's physical condition with a strong background in plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs.

You will interact with residents and leadership to ensure a warm, safe, and well-maintained environment. Candidates should have EPA Section 608 and HVAC certifications, with OSHA and plumbing/electrical licenses

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Certification required for technicians handling refrigerants in HVAC systems.
• HVAC Certification validates HVAC-specific technical skills.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification demonstrates general safety knowledge.
• Plumbing or electrical licenses support a broader range of maintenance capabilities.
• CPO is beneficial for pool/spa maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to residents, proactively solving issues.
• Maintain the physical condition of the property and common areas.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for upkeep and repairs.
• Respond to service requests promptly and professionally.
• Picks up debris and assists Groundskeeper as needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers, even in difficult situations.
