Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Certification (HVAC) required or within 60 days of employment.
• HVAC certification or equivalent validates HVAC skills.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is helpful for safety.
• Plumbing or electrical licenses are advantageous for maintenance work.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to residents and proactively solve issues.
• Maintain the physical condition of the property and common areas.
• Utilize hand and power tools to perform maintenance tasks.
• Picks up debris and assists with groundskeeping tasks as needed.
• Respond to issues outside of normal work hours when required.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
