Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle upkeep and repairs across our properties. You will respond to service requests, perform plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs, and maintain cleanliness of common areas to ensure resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Certification for technicians handling refrigerants in HVAC systems.
• HVAC Certification validates HVAC-specific technical skills.
• OSHA 10/30 demonstrates general workplace safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to residents and proactively solve issues.
• Maintain physical condition of the property and common areas.
• Utilize hand and power tools for upkeep and repairs.
• Address debris, landscaping, and snow/ice removal as needed.
• Respond to service requests and complete work orders promptly.
