Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our properties in the Cleveland area. You will respond to service requests, perform repairs promptly, and bring a strong background in plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair.

Required certifications include EPA Section 608 (HVAC) and HVAC certification; OSHA 10/30 and CPO are preferred. You will work as part of a collaborative team, ensuring safe, clean, and well-maintained communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and upkeep of common areas.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests, repair plumbing and HVAC as needed.
