Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the property, respond to service requests, and complete repairs promptly with strong plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair skills.

You will work with a team to ensure residents and owners receive excellent service, handle repairs across parking lots, buildings, and common areas, and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 HVAC certification required for refrigerant handling.
• HVAC certification (e.g., HVAC Excellence) required.
• Must obtain required certification within 60 days if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to residents
• Maintain property's physical condition
• Use hand and power tools for upkeep
• Remove debris from property
• Respond to issues outside normal hours
• Timely responses to work orders
• Follow company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
