Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property upkeep, respond to service requests, and complete repairs promptly, with a strong background in plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs.

You will work on-site across grounds and common areas, coordinate with residents and team members, maintain safety standards, and leverage tools to keep the property in excellent condition.

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Certification required for handling refrigerants in HVAC systems.
• HVAC Certification validates HVAC-specific technical skills.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification demonstrates general workplace safety knowledge.
• Plumbing or Electrical licenses are advantageous for broader maintenance capabilities.
• CPO certification is beneficial for pool/spa maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to residents and proactively resolve issues.
• Maintain physical condition of the property and common areas.
• Use hand and power tools to perform upkeep tasks.
• PICK up debris and remove objects from the property.
• Respond to issues outside normal hours when required.
• Provide professional and timely responses to work orders.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
