Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support upkeep of our property by responding to service requests and completing repairs promptly, with strong plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair skills.

You will work closely with residents and team, use hand and power tools, maintain common areas, and assist groundskeeping, landscaping and snow/ice removal as needed. Travel up to 10% of the time.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents and team members.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests.
• Commitment to customer service and property care.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and repairs across parking, buildings and common areas.
• Assist Groundskeeper with requests and address landscaping/snow tasks.
• Must be able to operate hand and power tools safely.
