Job summary

Bedrock Property Management in Dallas, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the property in prime condition. You will respond to service requests, perform plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs, and ensure safety and comfort for residents.

You will use hand and power tools, coordinate with the Groundskeeper, and communicate clearly with residents and team members. EPA HVAC certification and related licenses are preferred; OSHA certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 certification required for handling refrigerants in HVAC systems
• HVAC certification (e.g., HVAC Excellence) validates HVAC-specific skills
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification demonstrates general workplace safety
• Plumbing or electrical licenses are advantageous for maintenance tasks
• CPO certification is beneficial for pool maintenance responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service and proactively solve issues for residents
• Maintain physical condition of the property and common areas
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for upkeep and repairs
• Clean up debris and manage upkeep across parking lots, buildings, and grounds
• Respond to issues outside of normal hours when needed
• Coordinate with groundskeeper and other staff to complete tasks efficiently
