Job summary

PACS is seeking a Care Assistant to provide routine daily care to residents in a United States facility. You will assist with meals, hygiene, mobility, and daily activities under supervision, ensuring comfort and safety while maintaining dignity and respect for residents.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a high school education or its equivalent.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite products.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care and services to residents as per the care plan and supervisor directions.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Health and Wellness Director as soon as practical.
• Record entries on notes, SPAs, and incident reports in an informative, descriptive manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any violations or unauthorized access.
• Assist with moving, transporting, or transferring residents as needed.
• Observe for pressure areas, skin breakdowns, and injuries and report promptly.
