Job summary

PACS, a national post-acute care provider, seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver daily nursing care to residents. You will follow assessments and care plans, assist with activities of daily living, monitor residents, and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor.

You will greet residents, maintain comfort and safety, document observations, and cooperate with interdepartmental staff to ensure high-quality care in a calm, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CNA in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, analyze and follow policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to residents as per care plans.
• Identify residents before treatments and meals.
• Report changes to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain resident records and cleanliness.
