Job summary

PACS is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily nursing care per residents’ care plans. You will identify residents, document accurately, and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor, while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring safety.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, preparing residents for treatments, and supporting the care team to deliver quality services in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a CNA certification.
• Minimum 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents.
• Ability to write reports and procedure manuals.
• Ability to communicate with managers and employees.
• CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, charts clearly.
• Report changes in a resident’s condition to Nurse Supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information (HIPAA).
• Assist residents with daily functions and personal care.
• Support safe transfer and handling of residents as needed.
