Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Monroeville is hiring a part-time Resident Caregiver with a $1,250 Sign-On Bonus
The Resident Caregiver assists residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in the resident service plan. Responsibilities include personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. This role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to constant interactions with residents and families to ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods; push and pull objects; lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted; full use of hands, arms, and legs; ability to read thermometers, charts, testing equipment, and operate household appliances. Good physical and mental health required.
