Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Palos Heights is hiring a part-time Resident Caregiver with a $2,500 Sign-on Bonus.
The Resident Caregiver assists residents with daily activities as outlined in the resident service plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. This role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to constant interactions with residents and families to ensure their satisfaction.

Job Requirements:
Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, push, pull, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate necessary equipment. Good physical and mental health required.
