Job Description

Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Cherry Hill is hiring a part-time CNA (CHHA also qualifies) with a $750 Sign-on bonus.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) assists residents in daily activities as outlined in the resident service plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, activities, orientation, and information needs. This role requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to frequent interactions with residents and families to ensure their satisfaction.

Job Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma (Springhouse); High School diploma or equivalent (Arden Courts/Linden Village)
  • Skills: Basic reading and writing skills, and ability to speak English clearly
  • Experience: Knowledge of working with elderly; previous dementia experience preferred
  • Certification: CNA/CHHA Certification required in NJ; must complete required training at Springhouse/Arden Courts
Physical Demands

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods; push and pull objects; lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted; full use of hands, arms, and legs; read thermometers, charts, and operate appliances; good physical and mental health.
