Qualifications

• Six months of related experience preferred.
• Must be licensed as RN or LPN in Kansas with CPR certification.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Make periodic rounds and participate in actual care of residents.
• Supervise CMAs and CNAs and coordinate staff performance.
• Respond to emergency calls and resident alarms promptly.
• Coordinate laboratory work, x-ray work, and physician appointments as ordered.
• Attend care plan meetings and document quarterly progress.
• Ensure documentation of admissions, transfers, and orders is complete.
• Maintain safety and communicate with families and supervisors as needed.
