Job summary

Recover-Care's Spring View Manor in Conway Springs, KS is seeking an RN or LPN to supervise resident care, assign staff, and ensure adherence to policies, delivering high-quality care under the direction of the RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses or Administrator.

The role covers clinical duties such as medication administration, admissions/transfers, and daily status checks, with emphasis on leadership, accurate record-keeping and resident rights.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN or LPN licensure in the practicing state.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and willingness to supervise both professional and nonprofessional staff.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Complete admission, discharge, transfer forms and file in the resident's chart.
• Administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Admit, transfer and discharge residents and coordinate transportation as needed.
• Provide professional nursing services (dressings, procedures, specimen collection) per facility policies.
