Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to provide nursing care to residents per physician orders, following recognized nursing practices and facility policies.

You will administer hygienic, therapeutic and rehabilitative services, maintain accurate resident records, and participate in emergencies. The role requires Ohio licensure, CPR certification, and the ability to work collaboratively with a supervisory team and residents' families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN program.
• Current Ohio RN or LPN license.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to apply nursing practices with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to residents per physician orders and nursing standards.
• Maintains resident records and documents care accurately.
• Assists with emergencies and ensures resident safety and privacy.
• Supervises staff and provides shift reports to incoming nurses.
• Notifies physicians and responsible parties of changes in resident condition.
