Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility in Oklahoma. You will follow care plans, administer medications, monitor health, and document changes under supervision of an RN or Director of Nursing.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited practical nursing program, holds an OK license, and has CPR certification. Experience in long-term care is preferred, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of employment.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ vital signs, conditions, and responses to treatment.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Registered Nurse or physician.
• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies.
• Participate in shift reports and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Provide compassionate care while maintaining resident dignity and privacy.
