Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for night shift to supervise, provide and coordinate nursing care in line with facility policies. The role includes assessing resident care needs and taking appropriate action, while embracing person-centered care and supporting resident choice and routines.

The candidate must hold a current Oklahoma LPN license, have English proficiency, and preferably possess supervisory experience to lead care coordination with the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Oklahoma LPN license in good standing.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to direct, delegate and follow up on resident care.
• Must meet health requirements and comply with regulations.
