The Arbor Company is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to support our Resident Care team by ensuring consistent staffing coverage, managing schedules, and assisting with recruiting efforts. This on-site role is essential to delivering high-quality resident care and maintaining smooth operations.

You will collaborate with leadership to anticipate staffing needs, manage on-call scheduling, and help ensure accurate timekeeping.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and managing staff schedules.
• Experience with OnShift or similar scheduling software.
• Ability to coordinate recruiting and timekeeping activities.
• Healthcare or senior living experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff schedules using OnShift or similar scheduling software.
• Monitor open shifts and proactively secure coverage.
• Track attendance, call-offs, and staffing trends.
• Support recruiting and onboarding coordination for care team members.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping records.
• Communicate effectively with department leaders regarding staffing needs.
• Provide after-hours scheduling support as needed.
