Job summary

Adventist Health is seeking a Coordinator to ensure proper nurse staffing across daily shifts within Roseville, CA.

You will forecast vacancies, fill shifts with internal and external staff, and enter census and acuity data into the scheduling system to support daily reports and payroll processes. A focus on timely communication and teamwork with bed control is essential to maintain safe patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Education/GED or equivalent is required.
• Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates, maintains and updates daily staffing sheets, as well as updating the “working” master schedules on a daily basis. Coordinates with bed control to ensure required assignments are staffed.
• Maintains and updates employee contact information for designated areas. Maintains staff qualifications list.
• Maintains attendance records, on-call and float lists. Processes leave requests. Inputs data into payroll system.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
