Job summary

SANANTONIONORTH is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care according to each resident’s care plan. You will work under Nurse Supervisors to support residents’ daily living activities and maintain a warm, safe environment.

Responsibilities include identifying residents before procedures, accurately recording data, and reporting changes in condition. CPR preferred; high attention to confidentiality and safety is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments using wristband or photo card.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and care notes.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any access concerns.
• Prepare rooms for new admissions and assist with transfers.
