Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments or meals using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, charts clearly and accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any violations.
• Follow policies regarding exposure to blood/body fluids and safe handling of equipment.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility as trained.
