San Antonio North Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and supervisor directions.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, document observations, maintain safety, and support a warm, respectful environment. CPR preferred; a CNA license is required and a minimum 10th grade education.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Minimum 10th grade education.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports and communicate with staff.
• Ability to problem-solve and respond to managers.

Responsabilités

• Identify residents before administering treatments.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, charts accurately.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and protect health data.
• Ensure room is prepared and residents are comfortable and safe.
