Job summary

SAN-Diego-Post--acute is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and support per each resident's care plan. You will identify residents, document accurately, and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities include assisting with mobility, meals, daily activities, room preparation, and transfers, ensuring a calm, supportive environment for residents across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a CNA license and CPR certification preferred.
• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed CNA in accordance with state laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plan.
• Identify residents before treatments using wristband or photo ID.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor.
• Keep resident information confidential and secure.
• Assist residents with mobility, meals, and daily activities.
• Prepare rooms and assist with transfers and transportation.
