Remington Transitional Care of San Antonio is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with assessments and care plans. You will assist with activities of daily living and monitor residents for safety and comfort.

Responsibilities include measuring vital signs as assigned, reporting changes to the Charge Nurse, and contributing to care plans with observations.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a long-term care facility preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with daily nursing care and services per assessments and care plans.
• Assist with bathing, feeding, dressing, hair, nails, and mobility.
• Record vital signs as assigned and report to Charge Nurse.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to Charge Nurse.
• Contribute knowledge of residents' conditions/needs to care plans.
