Atria Senior Living is seeking team-oriented individuals in Newport Beach to support residents and visitors in a compassionate, organized environment. Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling calls, coordinating appointments, and assisting staff.

Responsibilities

Greet, help, and direct visitors as appropriate.
Receive fax or phone calls from physicians, pharmacies, families and take appropriate action.
Make copies and manage resident charts, appointment books and related records.
Maintain records of due dates for resident assessments and inform the Resident Services Director.
Coordinate transportation of residents to medical appointments.
Organize and update in-service binder and manage the in-services calendar.
Provide support to frontline staff as needed.
Assist with training and support to new or less experienced staff.
Coordinate staff schedules and provide backup in various roles.
Prioritize tasks to ensure optimum services to residents.
May perform other duties as assigned
