Atria Signature - Newport Beach is seeking a friendly, organized professional to welcome visitors and support Residents Services. You will help coordinate appointments, update charts, and assist with scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include handling calls, assisting with training for new staff, and providing backup coverage as needed. This role contributes to a caring, efficient environment for residents and families.

• Receive fax or phone calls and take appropriate action.
• Manage resident charts, appointment books, and records.

• Provide support to frontline staff and training for new staff.
• Coordinate staff schedules and assist with assignments.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
